Fulfilment Update

Hi everyone,
this week we prepared and shipped all the orders that were missing for EU/UK, as well as some replacements for orders that were partially fulfilled. This was around 100 shipments in various parts of the world. This means that all EU/UK/RotW backers of the campaign will have all their coins by the end of the month.
We are also talking with Bridge about the remaining orders of USA/Canada. They are still shipping them, but slowly. They can't provide us a timeline of when this will be completed. It needs a lot of manual labor from their part and they're asking us for confirmations on a weekly basis. It looks like they have 130 order still to ship, 23 that are "Ready to ship" and 107 that still need manual work before they are ready.
We will post our next update when we have a final timeline from Bridge or when they are all shipped (whatever comes first). Fulfilment Monthly Update- April

Hello everyone,
We wanted to post a new update to keep everyone in the loop. We don't have any major changes since last month's update but we do have some progress moving and we have promised to communicate with you regularly so here we are :)
USA/ Canada: Bridge is still shipping packages. It is taking them a long time but they are moving forward. In fact they just informed us that they have a new plan in store to get our project finished. This plan also includes the Legendary Dice Bags season 2 campaign that they are also fulfilling for us. They noticed that they were missing some coins (a few hundreds) to complete the Complete Collector Sets and we've shipped them to them. We're hoping they'll finish the campaign during May.
EU/ UK/ Rest of the World: We are happy with our new set up in Athens, Greece. We have shipped around 200 orders/ replacements since we set this up and we're getting close to the finish line here as well. We decided that this is the path moving forward for our coins so we arranging every single coin that we had in stock in Germany to be transferred to our facilities in Greece too. This won't really affect our project but it will help us in the future, having better control on what's happening with our stock.
We have also been receiving a lot of questions about the whereabouts of particular orders. It has been taking a lot of time of our small team to handle this so we decided to bring another person on board quite soon to assist us with customer support. EU & UK replacements- shipping update

Hey everyone,
we have a new update for our EU and UK backers today. We have been hard at work for the past few weeks to pack and ship the replacement orders for the coins that were missing. We wanted to be 100% sure that everyone would receive all their coins so we decided to do it ourselves.
We set up a new warehouse/ packing station in our hometown in Athens, Greece and we have been packing them since last week. The process is working really good, we managed to pack more than 70 small orders within 2 hours.
We will be sending the shipments every week until all have been sent. We will update you with a new timetable once we have more experience on how fast the process moves along. We are very happy with how this is set up now, this will eliminate missing coins issues between warehouses or mistakes from the packing the we have no control of. It also looks like it will be a faster method as well. All coins will be packed by ourselves for any replacements that are to be shipped and for the full season 7 campaign too.

Fulfilment update

Hey everyone,
we have a small but good update for you all today in the Bridge shipment.
We talked with Bridge about the remaining orders. We are waiting them to ship a total of 630 orders for this campaign and the Legendary Dice Bag 2 campaign and website sales that were delayed by their warehouse move and the holiday season.
They started pretty strong last week, sending 264 orders last week and they anticipate to send everything within 15-20 business days. We will update you if anything changes or if there is a new timeline but we are glad to read so many people received their coins already in this wave.

End of the year fulfilment update

Hey everyone,
We hope you are all doing well and are going to have a great holiday season. We wanted to post an update with the current progress.
USA/Canada/Rest of the World
Bridge has sped up quite a bit this week sending 124 more orders. They continue sending the coins and we are glad seeing more people from the states receiving them.
UK
Gamesquest sent all 176 orders they had. As communicated in the previous update there were coins missing that we will fulfil ourselves so there are some incomplete orders being sent. We have received the list from them on what's missing and we do have some stock available in Greece to use in January to fulfil the orders. The coins missing were mostly from the new Forged sets and some golden bars.
EU
Happyshops has shipped everything they had and we shipped a good chunk of the missing items from Greece as well. We will continue this process in January too so if you have any missing items please let us know at [email protected]
Our small team will be having some time off next week and we'll be all back on January 2nd. Some of us will be wokring to make sure that as many coins as possible are getting shipped and answering some urgent requests. We want to wish you Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas. We hope you will enjoy some great games with friends and family over the next days.
